How do I view details of a property?
You can look at properties two different ways:
- Choose "Show All Properties"
Choosing show all properties will display all REO properties in the Northeast Ohio area.
- Choose "Search Properties"
Choosing search properties will enable you to select the search criteria which best suits your needs.
Once you have found a property you would like to learn more about, simply hit the "Click for Details" tab for all the information pertaining to the property.
I'm a private party. Can I make a bid on a property?
Yes. Anyone is free to make a bid on our available REO properties. To see full property details, just browse or search through our extensive inventory of REO listings. You have access to prepared property documents in high-resolution PDF format, for a faster, more convenient transaction.
How do I submit a bid on a property?
Submitting an offer is fast and easy. Simply click on the "Submit Property Bid" tab on the left hand menu, or make a bid right from the link on the property details page. You can also download signed documents for the properties which interest you from the details page, so that you can mail or email necessary forms to process your transaction faster.
